Cooking in a rotating oven allows the pizza to cook evenly and get a crispy crust. The high temperature of the oven combined with the short cooking time, makes sure that the pizza is cooked quickly and the toppings are not overcooked

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
  • 4 oz of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup of arugula
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze

Preparation

  • 1Preheat your Turpone oven to 900 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 2Roll out your pre-made pizza dough to desired thickness on a floured surface.
  • 3Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • 4Spread the sliced mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • 5Arrange the slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  • 6Carefully place the pizza on the rotating ceramic stone in the oven.
  • 7 Cook for 90 seconds, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • 8 Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the arugula and balsamic glaze.
  • 9 Cut and serve immediately.
