Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
- 4 oz of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 cup of arugula
- 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze
Preparation
- 1Preheat your Turpone oven to 900 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2Roll out your pre-made pizza dough to desired thickness on a floured surface.
- 3Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
- 4Spread the sliced mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- 5Arrange the slices of prosciutto on top of the cheese.
- 6Carefully place the pizza on the rotating ceramic stone in the oven.
- 7 Cook for 90 seconds, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- 8 Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the arugula and balsamic glaze.
- 9 Cut and serve immediately.
